How it works?Our Empty container yard works on a ‘payment first’ model and hence for any IN or OUT movement one needs to make a payment via the different availables methods.To make any payments towards the lifting or drop of the containers at the yard you need to follow the following steps -
Login into your websiteGo to DO / Bookings and enter details.
You will be directed towards Pre-finance.
Depending on the size of the container picked up you will have to pay the following -
- 20 foot container - Rs. 1566 including GST (Rs. 1350 excluding GST)
- 40 foot container - Rs. 2146 including GST (Rs. 1850 excluding GST)
Just select the mode of payment as instant payment and you will be directed to our payment gateway.
Enter your Debit Card / Credit card / netbanking details and make the payment per container.
Once The payment is processed you get an online receipt which can be shown at the yard post which the containers can be picked or dropped at the Empty container yard.
Periodically, we may reveal general statistical information about ELPL & its users, such as number of visitors, number and type of goods and services purchased, etc. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Personal InformationPersonal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email ID, credit card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, information about your mobile phone and any details that may have been voluntarily provide by the user in connection with availing any of the services on Paytm.
When you browse through ELPL, we may collect information regarding the mobile/ tab device details, domain and host from which you access the internet, the Internet Protocol [IP] address of the computer or Internet service provider [ISP] you are using, and anonymous site statistical data.

Refund Policy1. Fees once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances - Multiple times debiting of Client Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Client's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the candidate.
2. The Client will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
3. The application in the prescribed format should be sent to email@example.com.
4. The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by ELPL through electronic mode in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation before Lift on or lift off: If the pre-financed container is not to be picked up anymore and needs to be cancelled then you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 7574881838.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 days after the cancellation request.
